You will own and optimize cell productivity guide scheduling & sequencing of work and foster a collaborative achievement driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Ensure all quality related items for multiple Shared Resource cells are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.

Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.

Plan and execute scheduling for multiple complex cell s to meet production schedules.

Facilitates tier I and attends tier II meetings daily. Resolve all issues impacting production and escalate issues that cannot be with IPT.

Guide the sequencing of work such as build and delivery for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.

Facilitate activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.

Guide production innovation including additive manufacturing for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.

Collaborate with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.

Ensure all employees have a safety-first mindset and are adhering to EH&S policies.

Execute production plan in line with the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to achieve on time delivery hours and efficiency commitments.

Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management.

Effectively manage resource requirements in line with capacity models and demand rates

Pulse survey participation listening to feedback and driving improvement actions.

Lead and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE :

Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws / regulations and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices or in absence of a degree 6 years of relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER :

2 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

LEAN certification.

SAP proficiency .

STEM degree or background.

Collaborative leadership behaviors that emphasize high goal setting team empowerment and providing support.

Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.

Ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
