Direct Counsel is seeking a litigation associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm with a national Finance & Restructuring practice.

This team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on complex financial matters, including financial litigation, corporate debt restructurings, and related transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm, with exposure to finance and restructuring matters being preferred.

Key Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, ideally from an Am Law 100 firm
• Exposure to finance, restructuring, or insolvency matters is preferred
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Strong academic background and analytical ability
• Licensed in good standing in the jurisdiction of one of the firm's U.S. offices or eligible for admission

Compensation :

The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $300,000 , depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors. The firm offers a competitive total compensation package, including discretionary and productivity bonuses, health and life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
