Job Description :
The successful candidate will use their experience to work with internal customers to own capacity planning and optimize processes during the factory startup at our Farmers Branch location. The candidate will be a key contributor to operation's support and assist with machine requirements, ramp planning, data analysis and tracking, priority setting, and continuous improvement of processes and layouts. In this position, the candidate will be interacting with Operations, Planning, Process Engineering, and Facility teams to prepare for factory startup, and continuously improve Operations after startup. The first few months will require frequent collaboration with - and travel to - our Los Angeles, CA location. Expect travel to occur 1 to 2 weeks per month for the first 2-4 months.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Mix of time spent in a manufacturing setting across both clean room and non-clean room settings, and time in front of a computer. Sitting, standing, and observing for periods of time. Ability to work near hazardous materials and chemicals and follow safety procedures.
