The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive product development and launches for key products including Antigravity. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex launch processes managing cross-functional dependencies and ensuring successful adoption of cutting-edge tools and features across Google and externally. This role requires a blend of program management expertise technical acumen and strong communication skills to manage releases coordinate with various teams and support our growing user base.

Key responsibilities :

• Antigravity Product Launches : Drive end-to-end launch processes for product launches including working across cross-functional stakeholders to manage new features both across Google and externally overseeing release management and managing serving capacity to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Lead collaborations with teams across Google to develop new features and integrate into our products. Build effective working relationships guiding alignment on project goals managing interdependencies and ensuring clear communication and risk management.
• User Engagement and Community Building : Strategize and implement programs to increase product adoption across Google and externally supporting and nurturing our users crafting and disseminating broader communications including user-facing documentation.
• Product Metrics & Reporting : Drive creation of product dashboards to track key metrics and report on progress understanding evolving user needs from both Google teams and externally for individuals / enterprises.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $156000 - $229000 bonus equity benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
