ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative with Zach Bradley Insurance, your main goal is to deliver an amazing experience for each and every customer. Think of a place that you love to shop at and you'll probably say that you love it because of the people. The way they make you feel welcomed and valued for being there. That's what we're looking for! People that make everyone feel amazing and valued.

We're looking for true Customer Service Professionals. If you can deliver value added service, have an eye for finding opportunities to deepen relationships with product and service offerings, and unstoppable energy, we're looking for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist customers with questions and policy service needs in a proactive manner.
  • Identify additional opportunities for customers using a needs-based approach.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers with understanding and concern.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Positive energy, upbeat personality, optimism and enthusiastic personality.
  • Quick learners who are able to understand and implement our systems and processes to help customers.
  • Be Awesome!

    • Compensation : $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Canal Winchester, just minutes away from Downtown.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
  • Our agency has received awards including : Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
