Job Objective / Summary : The PCT will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients and assist in maintenance of a safe / clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and / or until and the LPN assigned to the patient.

Job Education, Licenses / Certifications, Knowledge & Experience : A High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six months experience preferred. BLS preferred within six months of hire as well as annual successful completion of skills / competency checklists.
