This full-time management role in Columbia, SC offers a base salary of $50,000–$70,000 , depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and team performance.
  • Motivate and coach front- and back-of-house teams to consistently deliver great experiences.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control to keep the business running smoothly.
