Corporate Associate (Attorney)

We are working with a full-service, multi-office law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join their New Haven, Stamford, or New York office.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with Venture Capital or M&A is required, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Bar admission in the state of practice is required. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
