HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading engineering firm to find a Bilingual Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer / Designer . This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to contribute to innovative engineering design projects. The ideal candidate must have bilingual communication skills to support collaboration with international teams.

Position : Bilingual Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer / Designer

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Schedule : Full-Time

Type : Direct Hire

Pay Rate : $60K-$80K DOE

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
  • Support engineering teams in drafting, modeling, and documentation of mechanical designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Participate in engineering reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications using CAD tools.
  • Communicate project updates and coordinate with bilingual teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-2 internships or relevant hands-on experience in mechanical design or engineering (co-op / internship acceptable).
  • Proficiency in mechanical drafting and CAD software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin-English REQUIRED.
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
