Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Primary Care | Up to $140K + Bonus | Central Washington
Compensation : $115,000–$140,000 annually (DOE)
Location : Pasco, WA
Bonus : $24 per wRVU after 4,000
Schedule : Full-time, flexible
Patient Load : 19–21 patients per day
Team Model : 1 Provider + 2 MAs
About the NP / PA Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in Washington. This is a full-time opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a collaborative and supportive clinical setting focused on quality, compassion, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of NP / PA :
- Deliver primary, acute, and chronic care to patients across the lifespan.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records.
