Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current. 35+ years outside sales in woodworking / CNC / industrial machinery (required). Strong mechanical / technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles. Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth). Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through. Lives in Southern California; valid drivers license; frequent regional travel. Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits. Competitive, self-directed, and accountable. Consultative problem-solver; builds trust quickly. We are seeking a high-energy, success-driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales, identifying companies with woodworking machinery. You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and production leaders. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients. Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success. Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers. High energy, strong work ethic, and a desire to win. Organized and strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute sales strategies. Emotional intelligence and ability to read people to build trust and rapport. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Previous experience in outside sales, staffing, or related B2B services preferred. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
