MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Back office medical assistant needed immediately for primary care & cardiology office. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE REGARDING THE JOB POSTING, DO NOT FAX YOUR RESUME, AND DO NOT WALK INTO THE OFFICE REGARDING THE JOB OPENING. Uploading via application site is the only acceptable form of submitting job application / resume.  Job duties to include but not limited to : heavy phones, scheduling, insurance verification, check-in / out patients, prescription refills, and various paperwork. Back office duties include but not limited to : EKG, injections, vitals, and more as instructed by supervisor or physician. Centricity / Athena Practice EMR Software knowledgeable preferred. Bilingual preferred. Must have two years experience with medical assistant certification.
