Litigation Attorney

Description

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role requires an individual with a strong background in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in legal filing, while maintaining a collaborative and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Manage litigation case files using document and case management software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain a meticulous and cooperative attitude when working with clients and colleagues.
