job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years of experience performing systems administration and / or systems analysis duties in support the Navy or USMC Must possess a CompTIA Security+ certification Must have knowledge of TCP / IP, information security / authorization profiles, or system administration of Windows systems Weekly onsite working sessions in Cherry Point, NC Knowledge of DECKPLATE, NAVAIR LOGIT, OOMA system and aircraft data reporting Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret Security Clearance An additional background screening may be required for base access The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team working Remotely in Cherry Point, NC. This is a remote position within commutable distance to Cherry Point, NC.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Manages servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading, as well as problem solving any issues related to the servers
- Provides the essential software support for laptop computers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network
- Monitors the system configuration, including the server event log
- Tests the operating system software, the networking software and the computer hardware
- Maintains system security and data integrity
- Monitors and develops the procedures for backing up servers
- Maintains data files and control procedures for a system of networked computers
- Frequent onsite working sessions and training.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10%
