Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Wellness Assistant Manager to lead our wellness initiatives with passion, professionalism, and expertise. This leadership role requires a strong background in fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through innovative wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated leader, committed to delivering outstanding service while fostering a culture of health and balance.

Assists the Executive Director and Operations Manager in leading an integrated health and wellbeing team that provides comprehensive fitness, medical, nutritional, life balance, and spa services.

Interfaces with all relevant team members of wellness, Four Seasons, and medical to ensure strategic alignment, seamless guest experience (including pre-work distribution and follow-up), and effective use of resources.

Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests and employees.

Ability to develop close working relationships with Reservations, Front Desk, Spa, Laundry, Engineering, IT, and Housekeeping as a support system in operations.

Contributes to program development, service development, bundling, and packaging process of the division.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1+ years previous experience in a luxury Wellness-related business.

Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

The ability to accurately perform admin tasks and use multiple software programs.

The ability to multi-task while under pressure.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $77,000
