FINRA Licensed Financial Planning Principal

A company is looking for a Financial Planning Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the financial planning process, ensuring consistency and compliance with best practices

Provide oversight and final approval of financial planning and investment advisory activities

Lead and mentor Advisors, coordinate training programs, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, including financial planning and wealth management

Active FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses

Preferred degree in Accounting or Finance, and certifications such as Certified Financial Planner

2+ years of supervisory experience
