About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems, experience with precision measuring instruments, and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Perform layout inspections as direction by documented layout instructions.

• Complete first article inspection activities.
• Perform calibration of hand tools per documented procedures.
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform accurate measurements.
• Analyze inspection results and document findings in accordance with established procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and practices.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in the development and improvement of quality systems to enhance overall product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Perform calibration of hand tools per documented procedures.
