Position Summary

As a Paid Media Manager at Marcel Digital, you'll be at the forefront of driving measurable revenue growth for our B2B clients. You'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms including Search (SEM), Display, Paid Social, Feed Management, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging digital channels. Your work won't just generate leadsit will generate the leads that convert into real business outcomes.

This role requires more than channel expertiseit requires strategic thinking, data fluency, and a deep understanding of complex B2B buyer journeys. You'll develop performance-driven campaigns that align with each client's broader marketing and sales goals, leveraging every dollar for maximum impact.
