About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Vice President of Corporate Development. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer and other key executives, playing a crucial role in shaping the company's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy and fostering strategic growth initiatives. Your efforts will be essential in maximizing long-term value for the organization.

In this pivotal role, you will :

  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's strategic vision.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives that promote our growth and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Leverage your strong leadership abilities to work collaboratively across functions and establish partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess :

  • A proven track record in M&A and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A background in finance, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
