The candidate will report directly to the Director of MEDITECH Practice. This is a home office based position. No relocation is necessary. Extensive domestic travel (approximately 80 percent) required. Competitive pay and benefit package.

Responsibilities

  • MEDITECH system implementations
  • Project management
  • Upgrade testing
  • Training
  • System analysis
  • Workflow analysis / Assessments
  • Redesign

Qualifications

  • Experience with MEDITECH Magic and client server administrative applications, including Admission, Abstracting, Medical Records, Community Wide Scheduling
  • Two to three years experience designing, installing and maintaining MEDITECH administrative information systems
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience providing educational programs and developing training materials
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proactive attitude requiring limited supervision
  • NPR report writing ability is highly desirable
  • Highly motivated team player with strong communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
