Accounts Receivable Representative

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Review and investigate claims processing, ensuring proper payment and resolution of insurance claims

Maintain service level agreements for accounts receivable tasks and ensure timely resolution of claims

Design and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce internal processing errors

Required Qualifications

2+ years of insurance accounts receivables or cash posting experience

2+ years of Medicare and Medicare Advantage experience

2+ years of primary healthcare or outpatient setting experience

2+ years of complex healthcare customer service experience

Experience reading EOBs
