Physical Therapy Assistant
The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy services including treatment, implementation and documentation under the direction of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Minimum requirements include current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice, graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant, and one (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred. Additional requirements include current CPR if applicable, TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable, and current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation). Must meet all federal, state and local requirements and must be at least 18 years of age.
