Specialized Downtown New York City firm is currently seeing a Bookkeeper to manage essential financial operations and ensure smooth invoicing processes.

Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices for clients.
• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate account balances..
• Verify invoices to avoid discrepancies and adhere to company standards.
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel for managing financial data.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
