It Project Coordinator

Description

Our client is expanding its footprint with new hospital facilities in Columbia and Paulding Counties. We are seeking one seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Manager and two Project Coordinators to lead technology planning and execution for these new builds. These roles are critical to ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems into the construction process and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Manager :

• Provide high-level status updates and executive reporting to leadership and PMO.
• Oversee project governance, ensuring all workstreams align with timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate strategic meetings with hospital leadership, construction teams, and IT department heads.
• Manage risk mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Ensure overall readiness for hospital opening, including IT commissioning and go-live planning.
