Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a comprehensive multidisciplinary company who offers Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services. Metro is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist to treat part time at our outpatient clinic in Wading River, NY. We are looking for someone who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

Requirements :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
  • Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
  • Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
  • Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
  • Mandatory Certifications : First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
