Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,300 to $2,500 per week in Lexington, KY

3 -4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday night) NIHSS, ACLS, BLS required Strong Neuro Experience Required Previous travel experience required

• Airway management
• Management of vented patients
• Artline management (Preferred for ER)
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Central line management
• Management of IV drips
• Isolation precautions
• Triage skills (ER / ER Holding only)
• Computerized documentation
• Nurse to patient ratios 1 : 1-2
• NIH
• Interpretation of ABGs
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Continuous IV sedation
• Titration of IV vasopressors
• 1.5 years of recent experience
• Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction / failure Experience with : fempops, CEAs, post thoracic surgeries, post cranis, neurosurgeries Special Equipments : Extraventricular Drains (EVDs) Lumbar Drains CRRT Arctic Sun Ventilators BIS Monitoring Train of Four Hemospheres
