We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Northern Kentucky. Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and auditing activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with established policies and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
• Coordinate and support audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize accounting workflows and improve overall performance.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and troubleshooting issues within financial systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Proven experience in accounting management and financial operations.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their application in financial processes.
• Strong expertise in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and billing functions.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
