Sr Collections Specialist
We're looking for a Sr Collections Specialist to join our Collection Team. What You'll Do :
You will oversee the work processes in the Collections area.
You'll receive and make calls to our insured members to advise on balances due, investigate discrepancies and resolve complex billing problems.
You work with members when needed to negotiate and create payment plans.
Evaluate and recommend workflow process improvements and participate in the implementation of new initiatives.
You will participate in monthly team meetings, providing feedback on successes or challenges.
What You'll Need :
Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service, sales and / or collections call center required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, Access, and Tableau required.
General ability to use or learn Club operating systems required.
The starting pay range for this position is : $21.61 - $28.78 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
