RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the agency in meeting business goals through agreed-upon duties and sales support
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance solutions
• Support sales producers by managing administrative tasks and helping with client communications
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop insurance sales skills
• Build relationships with clients using qualified leads providedno out-of-pocket cost for prospecting
• Shadow experienced agents to learn sales techniques and client management
• Contribute to the teams success through effective communication and collaborative work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program for the duration of the internship
• Coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Motivated self-starter eager to learn, grow, and pursue a career in insurance sales
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses and master agency systems
