Key Responsibilities :
Coaches and develops team members while promoting quality techniques
Builds relationships with IT, Product, and Operations leaders for continuous improvement
Leads the hiring process and contributes to strategic planning decisions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in IT
Experience mentoring and developing others
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
Competency in resolving diverse business / technical problems
