Key Responsibilities

Support business operations and continuous improvement initiatives overseen by the Center of Excellence (COE)

Collaborate with various teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and optimize performance

Assist account team members in adhering to COE standards and make improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant work experience

Able to work independently and remotely with minimal oversight

Enthusiasm to learn new business functions and skills

Willingness to contribute and assist others in reaching team goals
