Key Responsibilities
Lead the paid media and performance marketing strategy across the full DTC funnel
Build and manage a high-performing team and oversee performance and brand paid media programs
Implement measurement frameworks and report on channel performance to drive scalable growth
Required Qualifications
10+ years of related professional experience
8+ years owning in-house DTC performance marketing programs with $50M+ annual budgets
5+ years managing people, including at least 2+ years managing a team of 3+
Proven track record of driving growth in user acquisition from paid media DTC channels
Expertise in marketing measurement approaches such as marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing
