A company is looking for an HR & Total Rewards Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support total rewards administration processes and HR reporting and analytics
Assist with compensation administration, including job description management and annual analyses
Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to identify data gaps and generate insightful reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Data Science, or related field
2-4 years of experience in creating and generating HRIS reports, preferably in ADP and / or Cornerstone
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot tables
Proven ability to implement process improvements and resolve issues through critical thinking
Desire to continuously seek performance and process improvements
