Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines U.S. Persons as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Introduction

The Production Technician is responsible for operating production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. This role involves adhering to safety and quality standards while meeting production targets. The ideal candidate will have technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow production schedules and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and compliance regulations.
• Document production data, machine performance, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Understands of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.
• Other duties as assigned.
