Job Description

We are seeking strategic, curious, and AI forward-thinking MBA Finance Interns to join our Finance Intern Program. During this 12-week summer internship, you will be placed in a key finance function through a matching process.

This internship offers a high-impact opportunity to lead projects that influence financial decision-making. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, gain visibility with senior leaders, and help shape the future of finance.

We are seeking MBA students with an AI-first mindset-those eager to think differently, challenge the status quo, and help shape the future of finance. As Customer Zero, our finance team plays a critical role in advancing ServiceNow's company priorities : leading in AI innovation, driving scalable growth, and delivering operational excellence. High-performing interns that are graduating in Summer 2027 may be considered for full-time roles through our Finance Leadership Rotation Program (FLRP)-a post-MBA program designed to accelerate career growth through structured rotations, executive mentorship, and high-impact leadership opportunities.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $58.50 - $75 / hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
