You’ll lead a team of four (subject to growth) providing services that include comprehensive care coordination, court support, wellness groups, employment and education assistance, and connections to treatment and housing. You’ll provide structured supervision and support, ensuring that all case management / reentry care coordination services are high quality, trauma-informed, gender-responsive, and appropriately individualized.

Providing timely and critical feedback to staff on the development and modification of individualized service plans, goal plans, and aftercare success plans to ensure that planned interventions are robust, effective, clinically appropriate, and feasible.

Planning, development, and management of all participant wellness programming, including two to four weekly workshops / events (virtual and in-person), ensuring that programming is culturally engaging, trauma-informed, and gender-responsive. Programming will be a combination of TWP-led (including a series on Seeking Safety and Anger Management, and the curriculum created and facilitated by the Clinical Manager) and community-led (developed with community partners and external consultants, including Nurturing Parenting (https : / / www.nurturingparenting.com / ) ). All programs will relate to the 5 social determinants of health (https : / / health.gov / healthypeople / priority-areas / social-determinants-health) .

Conducting regular reviews of the case management system to ensure quality and completion of important program records, including intake, case notes, service / goal plans, and external referrals.

Assisting Senior Director with data collection, reporting to Fedcap and funders, program design / development, hiring, written procedures, and other operational functions as needed.

Who We Are

The Women's Project (TWP) is a Wildcat Service Corporation community-based program aimed at securing the release of women and gender-nonconforming people held in New York City's jails and preventing the incarceration of women in New York State prisons. TWP staff provide comprehensive care coordination, court support, wellness groups, employment and education assistance, and connections to treatment and housing.

Wildcat Service Corporation was founded in July 1972 by visionary social entrepreneur, Herb Sturz. It was the first organization in the United States to design and implement a transitional work program for unemployed persons with criminal convictions. Each year Wildcat continues to assist thousands of individuals overcome economic and wellness barriers by providing employment opportunities, education, health, and social support.
