RESPONSIBILITIES:
Application Support & Configuration
- Provide expert support, configuration, and troubleshooting for essential business applications including construction management platforms, workforce management systems, and enterprise software solutions
- Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 support, handling advanced tickets, complex user configurations, and program/project setup that require deeper technical expertise
- Manage and configure business applications to ensure reliable performance, optimal functionality, and high user satisfaction across the organization
- Test system updates and enhancements, validating functionality before deployment to ensure seamless user experience
End-User Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Partner directly with end users to intake requests, triage issues, and resolve complex technical challenges that impact daily operations
- Troubleshoot user and system issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 support, applying analytical problem-solving skills to deliver timely resolution
- Track and report project support requests and enhancement needs using ITSM platforms, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR, and Compliance departments
Team Development & Process Improvement
- Support onboarding and shadowing programs for new hires, sharing knowledge and best practices to accelerate their success
- Cross-train with team members to build redundancy and deepen collective technical capabilities
- Partner with senior analysts and managers to identify opportunities for system functionality improvements and participate in process documentation initiatives
- Participate in regular training to maintain current certifications (ITIL, vendor platforms) and stay aligned with industry best practices
- Contribute to application lifecycle management and compliance efforts, helping to standardize processes across the business systems environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise business applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage and configure user settings, projects, and application integrations within cloud-based platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience working with SaaS business applications such as construction management platforms, workforce management systems, HRIS platforms, or ITSM tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with both technical staff and business end users
- Outstanding documentation abilities, creating clear process guides and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar) and project management tools
- ITIL Foundation certification or service desk best practice knowledge preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with certified payroll systems, compliance tracking, or HR/payroll platforms
- Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and data flow between enterprise systems
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms
- Experience supporting HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar enterprise solutions
- Background in construction, energy, or project-based industries
