Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview :

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA, youll provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Salt Lake County and nearby areas. Youll work 1 : 1 with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Your role is hands-on, impactful, and deeply rewarding.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities :

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA

Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods

Collect and record data electronically after each session

Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and clinical team

Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities as needed

Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization

Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (or willingness to become certified with our support)

Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County and surrounding areas

Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable using tablets / iPads for electronic data collection

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children

Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid drivers license and insurance
