A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter who can find engineers for Voice AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing

Hire globally to find the best talent regardless of location

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech company

Proven track record of hiring engineers globally in competitive markets

Ability to adapt and take ownership of outcomes in a startup environment

Experience in creative sourcing beyond traditional platforms

Data-driven approach to inform recruitment decisions
