Responsibilities:- Qualify leads specifically from motivated sellers within the Richmond, VA area.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads in Richmond, VA, to present purchase offers professionally.
- Evaluate property values accurately and prepare written offers for properties in Richmond, VA.
- Obtain signed agreements for accepted offers on off-market real estate properties in Richmond, VA.
- Work closely with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure the successful closure of sales in Richmond, VA.
Qualifications:- A solid understanding of off-market real estate transactions is essential for the Acquisitions Manager position in Richmond, VA, US.
- Proven ability to successfully close deals on favorable terms.
- Prior work experience in real estate is required.
