As we continue to expand our external consulting services and strengthen the financial foundation that supports our family of businesses, we’re seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will contribute to key accounting functions including month-end close, reporting and financial analysis, helping ensure accuracy, transparency, and value across multiple industries.

Job Responsibilities
Month-End Close & Financial Reportin g
- Assist with the month-end close process and financial report consolidation for executive review
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with financial statement review
Accounts Receivable & Bankin g
Generate customer invoices and apply incoming paymentsManage daily bank deposits and perform monthly bank reconciliationsMonitor accounts receivable and follow-up on outstanding collectionsIssue credit memos for returned products or billing discrepanciesAccounts Payable
Process and code vendor invoices for select entitiesPrepare and upload check and ACH paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end close with AP-related entries and reconciliationsIntercompany & Asset Managemen t
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactionsMaintain and report on fixed asset recordsPayroll, Inventory & Complianc e
Review payroll reports and reconcile as neededSupport inventory tracking and reconciliation processesQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field1-3 years’ experience in an accounting roleExperience with ERP systems preferredExperience with the month-end close process preferredCompensation & Benefits
