Opportunity Highlights

• Choose a traditional schedule or a 7-on/7-off block schedule format (block schedule will include mix of inpatient and outpatient work)
• Earn $620K base salary plus wRVU bonus above 4,400 per 6 months
• Receive additional compensation for call coverage beyond the required 1:5 schedule
• The incoming Gastroenterologist will practice general GI with optional ERCP and advanced procedure opportunities
• Address the critical GI shortage serving patients currently driving to Salt Lake City
• Access $40K annual bonus based on achieving specific quality metrics
• Work at a Level II Trauma Center with 20 ORs and 2 da Vinci robots
• Collect $18K annual residency stipend for first 2 years
• Benefit from $25K annual loan repayment over 3 years
• Earn up to $20K annually through the Continuous Improvement bonus
