Our client, a music organization, located in Nashville, TN; is in need of a (1 year) Contract Lead Developer . Their ideal candidate will be an expert-level developer who is ready to jump in and let their technical leadership make an impact! The pay for this role is around $65 / hour (benefits included). This position is hybrid.

Type : Contract (12 months)

Are you an experienced Lead Developer looking for your next long-term opportunity in Nashville? We're partnering with a top-tier organization on a 12-month contract to add a hands-on, technically proficient Lead Developer to a fast-moving Agile team. This is a hybrid role with a rotating in-office schedule (Monday-Thursday) and remote work on Fridays. Candidates must already be located in the Nashville area for consideration.

About the Role :

You'll join a core development team focused on enhancing and maintaining a large-scale enterprise application. In this role, you'll work alongside engineers, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices.
