Accounts Payable Specialist/Clerk

Boca Raton, Florida

We are seeking an individual to contribute to the accounting team and process payables. Must have SAGE software experience.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Process payments and ensure timely payments are made
• Reconcile invoices
• Monitor expenes
• Record all transactions
• General-ledgers
• Process credit card transactions, post credit card transactions
• ACH payments
• Reporting as needed for CFO

Qualifications:

• AP & SAGE software experience
