Productivity Analyst
The Productivity Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving workforce productivity across both clinical and non-clinical departments. This role partners with operational leaders to ensure that labor resources are aligned with patient volume, acuity, and quality-of-care standards, while also supporting financial sustainability.
Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in healthcare analytics, labor productivity, workforce management, or financial operations.
Knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing models, and productivity concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Requires occasional travelling to offsite locations, frequent activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal / clinical nature, frequent work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional crouching / stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing / pulling, occasional reaching, constant sitting, occasional standing, and frequent walking. (occasional-up to 20%, frequent-from 21% to 50%, constant-51% or more)
