Our Client, a Waste Disposal company, is looking for an Operations Processor for their Phoenix AZ / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities :
- Receive, verify, and process a high volume of service tickets ( 200- 250 tickets daily) accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Accurately close service tickets ensuring the capture of revenue for all services provided
- Analytical review of reports
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure all outstanding issues are addressed timely and resolved to set deadlines
- Resolve discrepancies with internal departments
- Maintain accurate and organized files
- Respond promptly to email requests
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experienceExceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.Conduct data checks and validation across large datasets primarily utilizing Microsoft ExcelStrong willingness to learn and help this team grow. A proactive, self-motivated approach; eager to quickly acquire new skills and tools necessary for continuous improvement.Excellent organizational and time management skills, particularly in handling a high volume of work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for translating findings clearly and concisely to management.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.They should have experience managing 200+ tickets / transactions per day under same-day SLAs.Someone who has "lived in a queue" and takes pride in hitting zero at the end of the day.Execution over Innovation : We've found that entry-level candidates require too much runway, and analysts often try to "fix" the system rather than work it. We need someone who values disciplined execution over process redesign.Independent Judgment : After 2-3 weeks of training, they must be able to work with minimal supervision, detecting errors and escalating them with clear documentation.Calm Under Pressure : They need to maintain high quality even when volume doubles.Prefered Skills : Fluent in French, nice to have but not required.High School DiplomaWhy Should You Apply?
