Seasonal Hire in User Experience - Desktop Support

Position Summary:

UTHealth Houston is looking for an hourly or seasonal hire to work with our User Experience department. This area provides desktop assistance to our employees and helps with technical issues. As a seasonal employee, you will be paid hourly and work only for a period of three to four months without any employee benefits. This is meant for a trial run or to get experience with our technical support team. The role will be on-site and will work part-time hours.

Position Key Accountabilities:

You will be working to address user support issues in both Microsoft Operating and MAC systems.

Certification/Skills:

You should understand the basic operations of Microsoft Windows and have had some exposure to Apple Operating Systems.

Minimum Education:

At least a high school education.

Physical Requirements:

You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Residency Requirement:

Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas. This role is not remote and requires on-site presence.
