A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Work from Home).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from providers and members regarding eligibility, claims, and authorization status
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues related to claims payment and eligibility inquiries
Create and track Customer Service Incidents to resolve caller issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience required
One (1) to three (3) years in the Health Insurance Industry preferred
Claims payor experience preferred, but not required
