Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from OEM and industrial customers
Utilize existing relationships to secure new business opportunities in cooling systems and heat-transfer markets
Manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical insights and proposals
Required Qualifications
Direct sales experience in heat exchangers, radiators, or related thermal management products
Established book of business and strong relationships with OEM and industrial buyers
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a technical sales environment
Strong technical understanding of cooling systems and thermal engineering concepts
Experience selling engineered-to-order or custom-manufactured products
