We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include :

Specific qualifications for this role include :

B ased on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $15 .00 per hour and $17.16 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $8.70 to $11.80 , a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure-minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.

Full-time associates are also eligible for Medical / Dental / Vision Plans , 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance and Disability Plans , Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts , Paid Holidays, Sick / Personal Days and Vacation Time.
